The Village Office is OPEN
We are open our normal hours 8:00-4:30 Mon-Fri allowing one customer at a time. Masks are mandatory. We are encouraging customers to still take advantage of all our payment options below to limit traffic to the office. Please call us at 273-4959 or email us for all other inquiries and information. The following payment options (for all types of accounts) are available:
- Pre-authorized Payment Plan: payment will be withdrawn from the bank of your choice on either the 15th or the last day of each month. Please provide us with your banking information by email, fax or telephone.
- If you have an account with BMO, Scotiabank, TD or RBC you can pay online, by telephone or at the ATM. We are listed as “Perth-Andover Electric Light Commission” in their Payee lists. You just need your 8 character account code from your invoice. This same process works for your Water & Sewer invoices.
- Pay online with your debit card through Perth-Andover e-Services. If you do not have an e-Services account, please contact us to obtain your sign-up keys.
