1. For access to eBilling: please contact us at 273-4959 ext: 208 to get your Sign Up Key. Click on "Sign up now" and choose "Resident or Business Owner" to create your account. If you do not have a Sign Up Key you will not have access to your utility account. Please do not create a Guest account.
2. For Program/Event registration only: Click on "Sign up now" and choose "Guest" to create your account.
